Patient's Query

Hi,

I am worried that my precum may leak when I wear pants without underwear and make someone pregnant. So I wear really tight underwear, and it makes me very uncomfortable. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

No need to worry. The sperms can not travel through different layers of clothes and make someone pregnant. So you must wear proper clothes from now on and need not worry.

The pre-ejaculatory fluid (PEF) or precum is a normal secretion ejected before the semen ejaculation so that the sperms can travel smoothly and out of the penis. You can control the episodes of precum ejaculation by controlling your erotic feelings by the following methods-

1. You must get sex education.

2. You must perform some physical exercises daily.

3. You must schedule your sleep and have a good sleep quality.

4. You must eat a healthy and balanced diet.

6. You must plan your leisure time and indulge in some hobbies.

7. You must develop some spirituality.

8. You must take a cold bath.

I hope I have answered your query. If you have further doubts, I would be happy to help you.

Thank you.
