Hello doctor,
I get hyper very easily. Anger and frustration inside me are killing me. Sometimes I want to throw stuff around me and I have even tried to harm myself by burning my hand and cutting with a knife. I am five months pregnant. My husband is busy with his work and he also has an affair which he says is just for time pass and that he loves only me. But he refuses to discontinue his relationship with that girl. I need help as my anger is killing me and increasing my blood sugar and blood pressure which is dangerous for my baby.

Currently, you have a significant issue in your life as pregnancy is an important event in every woman's life. A woman needs her husband the most during this time and seeing your husband's involvement somewhere else would naturally stress you. You need to talk to your husband directly and convey your feelings that it is quite hurtful this way and he should stop doing it. During pregnancy, there is a tremendous increase in hormonal levels which causes mood swings and irritability as biological reasons. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below:
I hope this has helped you.
Thank you.
