To further understand the cause of the problem, please take an FBS (fasting blood sugar), PPBS (Postprandial blood sugar), thyroid, and blood pressure test. The best way to prevent such an experience is to have prolonged foreplay and repeated intercourse. It can improve over time.
For a temporary solution I suggest, Duralast (Dapoxetine) 30 mg. If there is no improvement, I suggest consulting a psychiatrist or a sexologist in person.
