Hi doctor,

I have premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, and size issues. How can I get rid of them?

I am 31 years old. My height is 5 feet and 7 inches, and I weigh 85 kilograms.

Thank you.

Hi

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You have multiple problems and also use allopathic and herbal medicine.

To manage erectile dysfunction, you can use drugs like Sildenafil (phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors) and or Tadalafil (phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors). And for premature ejaculation, you can continue Duralast (Dapoxetine) or any drug from the SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) group, such as Fluoxetine (R-fluoxetine and S-fluoxetine 71 enantiomers) 20 milligrams daily or Paroxetine 10 milligrams daily. However, in the non-pharmacological treatment for premature ejaculation, you can use behavioral therapy such as the start-stop or squeeze technique or coitus interruption. You can search on the internet, read them well, and practice after it. The benefits of behavioral therapy are long-lasting but require persistent effort.

Similarly, for erectile dysfunction, you can use the Master and Johnson technique.

It is important to use behavioral methods first. Even if you are taking medicine, these methods are helpful. In addition, the effects of these methods are long-lasting and helpful even after you stop drugs. If you have any medical conditions such as thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, or hypertension, take care of these.

Regular exercise, adequate sleep, and healthy food are equally important. Avoid any substance like alcohol or smoking.

Thank you.

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your answer.

Duralast is not very effective.

Is there any more effective substitute for it?

Should these medicines be taken after food or before food?

I read somewhere that the effect reduces if I eat a proper meal around taking any SSRIs. Is that true?

Thank you.
