Hi doctor,

While having sex with my girlfriend, I have premature ejaculation during foreplay, apart from this, after having sex again, ejaculation occurs within one to two minutes. I have had a habit of masturbation, for the last 12 years. Since then, I have reduced a lot. I have a feeling that masturbation is the cause of premature ejaculation. Let me know if there is any cure for this and do I need premature ejaculation pills prescription for the same?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Masturbation is not a cause of premature ejaculation. It is a safe habit and is not associated with any significant problems. If you are not regular in sex then early ejaculation can occur. Regular sex and experience can increase the time. No need to get worried. Drugs like Dapoxetine can help in improving time.

Thank you.

Hello doctor,

Can I use Dapoxetine daily? Because this problem occurs always when I start sex. I am regular in sex because I always try to have sex 20 times a month.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

If you want to take regular medicine then it is better we think about some other drug. We can think of Paroxetine, a controlled-release tablet that can be used daily and will help in delaying the time. You can consult your specialist doctor and take medications with their consent.

Thank you.

Hello doctor,

Is there any permanent cure available for my condition? The medicine Paroxetine you have suggested is used for depression treatment. Please give me a complete suggestion about premature ejaculation.

Thank you.
