Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a problem of early ejaculation with low sensitivity on penis when ejaculated. I never had sex with anyone. Kindly help me.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You have premature ejaculation. Ejaculation occurs before you or your partner becomes satisfied. It is a common problem faced by most men at some point in their lives. Several factors can influence ejaculation. It can be controlled by doing some techniques. In extreme cases, medical treatment is required. You can follow some steps to have some relief. You can use Lignocaine gel or spray over the penis before 15 minutes of having intercourse. Control your mind by doing yoga and meditation. Slow down your pumping intercourse speed. Do stop-start technique. You can use penile silicon rings or bands. Keep your penis clean. Wash its head twice daily. Pinch the base of the penis at the peak of intercourse. Ask your partner to do this pinching. Ask her to pull your balls gently. Withdraw penis and squeeze it and then insert it again. Do kegel exercise. Do sun therapy for glans penis. It decreases your hypersensitivity. Divert your attention. Do circumcision if you have not done it.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
