Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. From the description, it appears that you are suffering from premature ejaculation. You have ejaculation before the level of satisfaction. It is very common to have premature ejaculation nowadays and it often affects young individuals. Premature ejaculation can be treated or controlled with the help of behavioral methods and drugs. The behavioral techniques are practiced during sex and it yields best result after a few weeks of treatment. Your partner can help you by participating in behavioral intervention. These techniques are difficult to explain in detail. I mention the techniques and you follow them to have best results. The techniques are squeeze technique, start-stop technique, and interruption technique.

Premature ejaculation can also be controlled by taking drugs. SSRI antidepressant drugs cause delayed ejaculation as a side effect and this side effect is used therapeutically in the treatment of premature ejaculation. You can take Paxil 25 mg (Paroxetine) at night, tablet Prozac 20 mg (Fluoxetine) in the morning after breakfast, or tablet Zoloft 50 mg (Sertraline) at night. You can take any of these drugs regularly and it shows its effect after fifteen to twenty days. So there is a need to have patience to see the results. Another strategy is to take medication one hour before sex. There is another antidepressant Dapoxetine and it has to be taken one hour before sex. It causes delayed ejaculation and sexual pleasure for both.
