Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a male 50 years of age. I am having diabetes and high blood pressure for the last seven years and taking medicine for the same. I have a very low libido and premature ejaculation too. Please suggest some medicine to overcome this problem.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I hope your blood pressure and blood sugar levels are in the normal range. In a lot of patients with diabetes and hypertension, the main reason for poor erection is poor blood pressure and sugar control. If your blood sugar levels are not in the normal range then please get the levels in the normal range. HbA1c should be tested in your case. If the levels are normal then no need to worry. HbA1c levels tell about the long-term blood sugar control.

To get a strong and hard erection, you can think of using tablet Udenafil 50 mg tablets. The drug is a selective drug and is safe in diabetes too. This will help in hard erection. To increase the ejaculation time, drugs like Dapoxetine can be used on SOS basis. This will solve your problem. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her and start taking the medicines with their consent.

Have healthy food and exercise daily in order to remain fit.
