Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 47-year-old male, married two years ago. I am quite fat, but my partner is very slim. I am unable to insert my penis into her. Whenever I try inserting, penis ejaculates out before insertion. Last year had COVID, and I was in the hospital for 15 days. After COVID, my penis is not significantly harder than earlier. Before covid, we were trying for a baby but could not conceive. I have hypertension, IBS, and injury below the spine, so taking homeopathy medicine for BP, injury, and IBS. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

From the available description, you suffered from premature ejaculation, which later included erectile dysfunction. This could be due to any medical cause you are facing or some other idiopathic reason. Whatever it may be, there are treatment options available. Since medication for both the conditions are given through prescription only, you are requested to consult a sexologist in your city. Without physical consultation, it is not possible to evaluate in detail. If you decide to book an online consultation with me or any other doctor, please do not forget to share all old medical details. I look forward to assisting you further.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
