Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing premature ejaculation problem. Before we proceed we need to identify the cause of the problem. In some case, it occurs from initial time and known as primary. In few others, it occurs after a normal sexual period and known as secondary premature ejaculation.

I hope you read my article at icliniq regarding premature ejaculation. If not, first of all, I request you to read it completely to know the basic information.

Once you read it revert back to me with the following details.

Your duration of problem. How the problem started whether it was on-off or continuous from the beginning? Frequency of the problem in a week or in a month out of what number of sexual interactions were a failure in a month? What are the factors that increase the problem? Factors that relieve the problem thoughts, situations, partner, place, etc? Your marital status and partner details, is she very critical, demands sex more than what can you think, does she feel superior to you? Effect on your relationship so far? Details of medical illness, if any? Medications you are receiving currently if any? Your description of the problem.

Once you post these details I will try to analyze the cause of it and will suggest you accordingly.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I began to notice this premature ejaculation problem some three years ago. It was not from the beginning, as I went to college I had some bad influences so I masturbated frequently and slowly I began to notice I was ejaculating early than normal during sex.

Failure in sex was there every time I had sex. I ejaculate early even if I try to control for some long. Factors that increase my problem are I feel like in whatever way I have sex I ejaculate quickly. Even if I have my eyes closed or an ugly partner. I am single and I am a college student. I have bad experiences with my girlfriends.

I do not have any other medical illness. In appearance, I have a very fit body and I go to the gym. But the premature ejaculation problem is eating me within. I am losing my confidence when girls come near me. I am very good looking, others say that but I am no more happy about it. I am not taking any medications right now.

To conclude, I was not having this problem in the beginning. Only when I grew near the age of 18. I think my problem occurred after I indulged in a bad habit of excessive masturbation. I have all symptoms of premature ejaculation due to excessive masturbation. When I have an erection before sex, I notice a slight leak out. And I use delay spray sometimes and I hold really long.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

First of all, I like to assure you that this is a treatable condition and there is nothing to worry about. Although the treatment is a time taking process but in almost every case it yields results after adequate treatment.

At this stage, I like to recommend Kegel exercise three times a day with 30 contractions on every sitting making it 90 contractions per day. It is difficult for me to write here in detail about this exercise but for better understanding, you can google Kegel exercise over the internet. It is a highly helpful technique to sustain your sexual activity.

Perform these for one month and revert back to me with improvement details. After one month we will evaluate the response and will decide the next course of action. Other than this exercise we can go for medication but I think before we try any medication, a fair chance should be given to natural treatment.

I hope this helps.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
