Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Recently I noticed that I am not orgasming as much as I used to. I used to orgasm quite a lot, and now nothing comes out. Also, when I urinate, it is hard to start urinating sometimes, and it is not flowing like normal. I have to push to urinate. It has been happening for a year. I find myself urinating a lot at night as well. I am not under any medication. Kindly help me.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Obstructive symptoms of prostate enlargement are usually present at the age of 50 years and above. In few people, it can start earlier. You will need a prostate assessment. For assessment, we need serum PSA (prostate-specific antigen) level, urine analysis and culture, ultrasound KUB (kidney, ureter, and bladder), and prostate. And serum testosterone level. To reduce symptoms, I suggest you start tablet Tamsulosin 0.4 mg once before bed. In the long term. In addition to that, for improvement of erection and orgasm, you will need tablet Sildenafil 25 mg once daily at night, one hour before bed. You will start feeling improvement after 72 hours.

I hope that was helpful.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
