Hello doctor,
I am a 21-year-old presently and have been having anxiety-induced ejaculations. It started when I was 14 in a mathematics competition. The time was short of answering a particular question, and I became anxious and ejaculated. This happened again two years later when I was squeezed between two girls in a hall. For about eight years, I have also been having wet dreams monthly on average. Sometimes, it is associated with sexual arousal from the opposite sex. Other times it occurs from fear and anxiety. For example, there was a time I had a wet dream simply because I was trying to scale a puddle and could not do that in my dream. There was also another time I had a wet dream from failing to finish a test on time in a dream also. I have a girlfriend, and sometimes I get so aroused and anxious that I ejaculate without sexual intercourse. Please, I need help. How can I treat this?
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
You are young, and if you are not engaged in regular sexual intercourse and masturbation, then it is normal to have ejaculations at night. During excitation, sometimes pre-cum gets secreted. This is not a serious problem but is a normal physiological process. If you are ejaculating earlier during sex or even before penetration, that is probably due to premature ejaculation. Drugs like Dapoxetine can be used when required to delay ejaculation time. Please visit a doctor for a prescription.
Thank you.
