Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Females with some thrombophilic abnormalities or coagulation disorder aborts naturally. Similarly if you have been suffering from any chronic disease like diabetes also can cause miscarriages. So have strict attention on your health get treatment, if needed. I would suggest the following:

  1. Have Folic acid 5 mg daily.
  2. Do Thromophilia screening for recurrent miscarriage.
  3. Quit recreational drugs and have recreational activities.
  4. Thyroid abnormalities also can be cause of miscarriages.
  5. High BMI or hormonal imbalances also can cause miscarriage.

You might also require hormonal support in next pregnancy just after conception and tablet Aspirin daily to reduce clotting disorders. I would suggest getting an in person consultation with maternal medicine after conception.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
