Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have red spots on my soft palate on the right side of the uvula. I went to the dentist, but he could not comment on it. He referred me to an oral surgeon, but my appointment is months later. I do not want to wait for four months. Please help me identify this. I have detailed pictures.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have seen the images (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). I am a maxillofacial surgeon and need more details about this lesion. Does it bleed or ulcerate often? Do you have any history of smoking or alcoholism? In my visual opinion, it does not look too large, but it is of moderate size. I can observe the lesion, so it looks like an oral cyst. Cysts or lesions cannot be ignored for a long time, so if you answer my questions about your dental and medical history, I can give you the appropriate treatment plan.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
