Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 31-years-old male. I am so upset because I feel heartburn and dizzy almost every day. Before, I played cricket and did the job for 10 hours traveling to different places, but now I cannot even go for a walk or play, and I quit my job. I did not know what is happening. I am upset with my life now. I got a blood test, cardiology test, and head scanning, but the reports are normal. Please help me.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern. As per your description, you seem to be suffering from depression and anxiety. I would like to know the details of your problem, your social circle, the nature of job, your appetite, and your sleep pattern. Both depression and anxiety are common conditions and are treatable. Treatment includes either therapy or medicines, or both. But details are required. I would also like to know which blood tests were done.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.
