Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am having insane itching on my penis, inner thighs, testicles, and anal region for a week. Also, the shaft and tip of my penis itch a lot. I do not know why this is happening. I cannot see any rash or anything. It just itches continuously. I clean it properly but it is not going away. I do not know whether it is tapeworm or something else. There is no swelling on it.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I would like to know whether there is itching in the rest of your contacts to rule out scabies. Meanwhile, you could start using these medications. Take tablet Teczine 5 mg (Levotcetirizine) once daily at night for ten days and Calosoft AF lotion (mixture of liquid paraffin, aloe vera, calamine, and water) twice daily for local application.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I have itching mostly in the genital region. It itches 24/7. I do not know whether it occurs due to irritation caused after using a trimmer or something else. I feel like there is itching under the skin.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Ok, in such a case, you can use the above-said medication for ten days. In addition, you can take tablet Allegra 180 mg (Fexofenadine) once daily in the morning along with tablet Teczine 5 mg at night. Take bath twice daily, completely wipe dry your skin after bath, and prefer using loose-fitting clothes. Have a review after ten days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
