Welcome to icliniq.com.

In schizophrenia, the patient has out of reality experiences. The major symptoms are hallucination, delusion, and disorganized thoughts. You have racing thoughts in the morning. These thoughts rapidly move in sequence. Some people may hear a voice that they cannot be ignored. You will not be able to sleep well. In this case, you need to do physical exercise, relaxation techniques like deep breathing. You should avoid thinking about it in your mind. You need to engage in different activities. It comes to the mind due to stress, anxiety, and depression.
