Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I have gone through the attached images (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). I request you to provide more details. When did you first notice them? Are they increasing in size and number over the last five years? If yes, please describe in detail. Is there any pain while you touch or any other symptoms like itching, discharge, etc.? Please reply so that I can assist you further. Thanks again.

Patient's Query

Thanks for the reply, doctor,

I noticed them about five to six years ago. Yes, some are growing, but not all. Their growth is very slow. Some are much bigger, and the rest is small. They do not burst even when they press the big ones, but when it pushes the small ones, it breaks, and when they erupt over it again, pus and blood come out of it. After the smaller ones burst, they increase in number. The big ones never break, and they cause pain sometimes. It hurts to press, so I do not touch. Pain and itching occur occasionally.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Thanks for the query. As per the available details and images (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity), you have a sebaceous cyst, a cyst that originates around the hair follicles. Apart from cosmetic reasons, they generally do not cause any harm, and you should avoid pressing them as far as possible. There is no medicine to cure them, and the only available option is the surgical removal of the cysts from the testicular skin. I request you to consult a general surgeon in your city for definitive treatment of these sebaceous cysts. I hope this helps you. Thanks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
