Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have got round dark spots on face. It was light initially and became darker later on. Give me advice on how to remove it.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It looks like seborrheic keratosis (attachment removed to protect patient identity). Is it raised above the skin surface? Since how long do you have it?

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

It is persisting since last two years. It is not raised above the skin. I am attaching a new photo.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Spot peel can be done to reduce pigmentation of seborrheic keratosis. Also, start application of sunscreen daily in the morning. LA shield sunscreen during the day all over face and Tretin 0.025 % cream at bedtime only over pigmentation. It will help to reduce but for complete clearance, you may consider laser treatment or peel which is performed by a dermatologist.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
