Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have seminal fluid leakage after urination. It has been happening for a month. I am a virgin who does not masturbate. I have no other symptoms. My primary care physician is running a urinalysis and blood test to ensure it is not an infection. However, he does not think it is and says it is not due to medications either. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Production of semen is continuous, and symptom of semen leak is a common issue that can happen in people who are not sexually active. It is normal and does not require any treatment. Sometimes it presents as nightfall to correct itself in people who do not ejaculate on their own. If this semen discharge is not colored yellow or green and is not causing pain in passing urine, then no issues. It is not a side effect of other medications as well. If you have any other queries, please let me know.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
