The semen's appearance is creamy white and the volume is 4.0 ml. The pH is 8 and fructose is present. The motility is 100. The spermatozoa has rapid 20 %, slow 10 %, non-progressive motility of 5 %, and immotile of 83 %. The vitality count is 15 million. The morphology is normal with 20 %, and abnormal with 80 %.
