Patient's Query

Hi,

I last masturbated about four weeks ago. It was very little, like a teaspoon. However, I masturbate three times a week. Should I be worried? I am currently taking acne medicine. I am an 18-year-old male with a height of 5'3" feet and weighing 127.86 pounds.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Low semen can happen in case of dehydration, hormonal imbalance, urine infection, and vitamin deficiency. I suggest you take adequate water and check your testosterone, thyroid function test, and urine. In addition, I would suggest you take Zincovit (multivitamin) tablet. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and take medicines with their consent. Take a protein-rich diet and plan for regular exercise. Add strawberry, apple, avocado, sweet potato, sesame seed, almond, garlic, and a little chocolate to your diet.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
