Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I had sex one night which I do not remember as I was fully sloshed, and in the morning I noticed I was bleeding, and even the condom was full of blood. When I went to pee after two hours, it was again full of blood with slight pain. After two days, the pain has gone, but I have a burning sensation. It has been four days now. Is it serious?

I do not have any medical reports, as it happened for the first time, and I am not on any medication.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It was the first time bleeding due to a hymenal rupture. It normally happens the first time, but you must visit a local gynecologist. It is good that there is no bleeding. For burning sensation, it is an infection and some inflammation of the vagina and vulva due to the rubbing of parts during intercourse. So it must be treated with medicine.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your answer.

What treatment to be taken?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I have attached the prescription, but I can mention it here though with you.

  1. Apply ointment Luliconazole 1 %. over the affected part four times a day for one week.
  2. Keep Clingen forte vaginal capsule in the vagina at night time for seven days.
  3. Take tablet Levocetirizine five milligrams two times a day for five days.
  4. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
