Q. Why is there shortness of breath after half an hour of night sleep?

Hi doctor,

I am a 24-year-old male with shortness of breath (once or thrice a week) after 1/2 an hour of night sleep, which ceased as I wake up and sit upright. Should I be concerned about this?

1. Heart problems.

2. Anxiety.
