Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have taken the tablet Deviry 10 mg, and on the second day, I took I-pill and then Deviry 10 mg, and I still did not have my periods. Also, I have PCOD.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thanks for trusting us with your health care.

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns. Menstrual irregularities in your case could be due to hormonal imbalance caused by an I-pill (oral contraceptive pill) and Deviry (Progestin). As you took I-pill on time there is almost no chance of pregnancy in your case. So wait and watch for your menses, and get your home urine pregnancy test after seven days of your missed period date.

I hope you found this helpful. Feel free to ask for more information.

Good luck.

Regards.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your concern.

It has been more than seven days, and I had my pregnancy test. It is negative, and still, I did not have my periods. It has been more than ten days now.

Please help.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I suggest It could be due to hormonal imbalance caused by I-pill and Deviry. You can go for a blood beta hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) level to rule out pregnancy. You can wait and watch for your menses if pregnancy is not there.

I hope you found this helpful.

Thanks and regards.
