Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been experiencing allergy-like symptoms, runny nose, throat irritation, sneezing, etc., for more than ten days. The previous week I could not sleep at night as my nose got blocked, and I had difficulty in breathing. I tried nasal steaming and mouth gargles; however, there is no improvement in breathing. I can also hear the wheezing sound while breathing. Can you help me with a remedy for instant relief.? I am a 30-year-old male.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You are mostly suffering from a upper respiratory tract infection. I would suggest you take the following medications for five days. 1. Tablet Amoxycillin and Clavulanic acid 625 mg twice daily. 2. Tablet Aceclofenac with Serratiopeptidase twice daily. 3. Tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg once in the morning, empty stomach. 4. Tablet Montelukast with Levocitrizine once a night. 5. Tablet Doxofylline 650 mg twice daily. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and take medicines with their consent. Do saline gargles thrice daily and steam inhalation too. Avoid cold foods, bananas, and citrus fruits.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
