Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I had brown spotting but no periods, and I do not know when I went to pee and wipe myself; the tissue paper has a dark brown color. I have symptoms like heavy breasts, and I feel very emotional. I am not craving food. I have back pain and feel tired and dizzy. Please help me.

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Based on your description, it is possible that you may be experiencing irregular periods or abnormal bleeding. Brown spotting can sometimes occur when the blood is not flowing out of the uterus as quickly as it should, and it may take longer to exit the body. This can make the blood darker as it is exposed to air. However, it is essential to note that other factors may also contribute to these symptoms. For example, breast tenderness, fatigue, and mood changes can also be associated with hormonal changes, such as during the menstrual cycle or pregnancy. Back pain and dizziness can also have many potential causes, including muscle strain, dehydration, or low blood sugar. It is recommended that you schedule an appointment with your gynecologist to discuss your symptoms and obtain a proper evaluation.

I hope this information will help.

Thanks.
