Take capsule Augmentin (Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid) 625 mg twice a day for five days, Tablet Enzoflam (Paracetamol, Diclofenac, and Serratiopeptidase) twice a day for three days, capsule Vizylac (Lactic acid Bacillus) twice a day for five days, capsule Razo-D (Rabeprazole and Domperidone) twice a day for five days.
Get urine culture and semen analysis done.

As you suggested, I have completed my antibiotics course and got urine culture, semen analysis, and STD panel test. The result is more than the index value in the std panel HSV 1, 2 IgG serum. Is this positive? Please go through the test reports images attached and suggest some medicines to cure this HSV 1, 2 IgG.

IgM is negative, which means no active infection. IgG reflects old infections in the past, so medications are not necessary. But with your history, as a precaution, you can take medications for five days.
Take tablet Acivir (Aciclovir) 400 mg thrice a day for five days. No need for further testing unless any symptoms.

Is this any life-threatening disease? Because I have read so many cases on the interest that there is no cure for herpes. Could you please suggest some precautions and the mild pain on the tip of my penis is still there? Please help me.
