Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I recently went to the strip club had a couple of lap dances. My penis did not touch her vagina; only grinding was done. She was grinding hard, and the next day I had blood coming out of my penis. I knew it was sore. If my penis touches a few of her butt cheeks, am I at risk for any STD, or should I have the HPV vaccine?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concerns. Since you experienced bleeding the next day of strip club attendance, I feel intimate touch rather than no touch. At the same time, it is mentioned that it was sore, so the possibility of STDs (sexually transmitted infections) cannot be ruled out.

However, if I answer straight to your question, I feel there is no risk of STDs as a slight touch does not confer the transmission of any STD to a larger extent. Most STDs need mixing body fluids or longer intimate contact to get transmitted from one person to another. To conclude, I must acknowledge that communication is a problem as your query contains contrasting information. I might have understood it differently. Regarding the HPV vaccine, it is always better to get vaccinated as it protects us from HPV (human papillomavirus). It becomes more critical for someone interested in exploring the sexual relationship with strangers. I hope this answers you. Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.

Thanks and regards.
