Hello doctor,
My mother has stomach ache mostly on the whole abdomen. CT scan done with impression shows tiny calculi in the interpolar region of the right kidney and lipoma at the head of the pancreas size 7 x 6 mm. Please help.

Both the CT (computerized tomography) findings are inconsequential and do not need any management. USG (ultrasound) abdomen should be done to rule out gallbladder stones (CT abdomen may not pick up gallstones).
If normal, then possibly it could be due to acidity or gastritis and take tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily for 14 days. If persists get an upper GI endoscopy done.

Please find attached the CT scan report. Also, note that USG was also done but no such findings, only fatty liver. Gallbladder was earlier removed in 2000. Too much pain exist. She is passing motion but not on a daily basis. Whenever she takes food, there is more pain and feels fullness.

Upper GI (gastrointestinal) endoscopy to be done. It could possibly be gastritis or gastric/duodenal ulcer.
This can be commonly managed by medication. Along with the above, also start syrup Mucaine gel two teaspoons thrice daily for seven days before meals, Lactifiber two teaspoons at night with a glass of water.
It is usually relieved with medications but first, confirm the diagnosis.

What does the CT scan indicate? Any major problem? Any problems of lipoma and cortical cyst from your end? Do I need to consult a gastroenterologist? Or the above-mentioned medication will work? She is afraid of taking endoscopy. Is there any other solution?

Nothing required for lipoma or cortical cyst. She definitely needs to consult a gastroenterologist and get an endoscopy done in a reasonable period of time.
In the meantime, start the medication and see if any improvement. Hopefully it should improve.
