Hi doctor,

I have stye for the past eight months. Though it was small, it made me insecure, so I removed it surgically. Unfortunately, I got a scar on my eyelid and wake up with puffy eyes every morning. My stye is enlarging now. Should I give cold or warm compression for the stye? Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Chalazion is a condition in which there is a recurrence of stye due to various body conditions. Give heat fomentation. Consult an ophthalmologist for review.
