Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I thoroughly read your query and understand your concern.

There seems to be a considerable psychiatric issue, but the symptoms described by you need to be explored in detail so that a definite diagnosis can be ascertained. If possible, kindly reply to these questions so that we can make a diagnosis and further treatment can be started:

1. Is there any history of head injury or any other physical disorder?

2. Is there a history of psychiatric illness in your family? If yes, describe its type.

3. How are your sleep, appetite, and academic performance described in detail regarding your functional impairment? These fluctuations in mood and activity occur due to some precipitating factor or without any reason.

4. Any visual or auditory hallucinations, delusions, or suspiciousness?

Feel free to ask further questions.

Thanks and regards.
