Swollen Nose

The nose can be swollen either internally or externally. The swelling inside of the nose is caused due to allergies or nasal polyps. Swelling of the outside nose can be due to trauma from an injury. Some of the other symptoms associated with external swelling of the nose are itching, pain, deformity, and bleeding. In case of internal swelling, symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, and nasal discharge are associated.
