Hello doctor,

I used a penis pump a few moments ago, and my foreskin got swollen after using it. Now, it looks like the entire penis has got swollen. I think all of this happened due to the penis pump. Will it cause any trouble, and will the penis become normal again?

Welcome to

I request you send an image of the penis because it is swollen, so I need to look at it. I can not comment without looking at the image. Please send the image quickly and consult a nearby doctor.

Thank you doctor for the reply,

I have attached the image. Please check and guide me.

From the image attached (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity), it looks like the foreskin has become tight, which might cause phimosis. Do you face any difficulty in retracting the foreskin? I think you might need some surgical intervention. I request you to send some more images. The swelling might disappear after surgery.

Thank you doctor for the reply,

I have attached some more images. Please have a look and guide me.
