Hello doctor,
I had undergone tear trough filler treatment six days ago. Before the doctor started the procedure, he told me I had many capillaries under my eyes, and the skin was very thin, so I might get bruises. He did the treatment of the right eye, which went fine. When he started with the left eye, I was bruised, so he stopped the procedure immediately. The doctor told me I should allow the bruise to heal for 14 days. When he treated the right eye, there was a little lump in the middle of the eye, which is still there. It is not that obvious, but I can see it while smiling and feel it upon touch. I can notice a yellowish area around it. Is this normal, and will it go away?

Since you underwent tear trough filler surgery a week ago, there can be a little swelling and bruising. When the bruising subsides, it leaves behind orange-brown stains due to hemosiderin deposition. It will resolve after a few days.
