Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Based on the limited information, let me suggest a few medications to give temporary relief. Throat pain could be due to the commencement of the cold, so I suggest you take warm water frequently. I need more details to diagnose, such as the onset of fever, high or low grade, and whether it is associated with joint pain, abdominal pain, and headaches. Tight stomach and vomiting may be due to indigestion hence avoid spicy and outside food. I suggest you take tablet Paracetamol 500 mg four hours once for two days, tablet Domperidone 10 mg only if vomiting persists after food, and tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg. Avoid spicy food and have a bland diet. Keep yourself hydrated with plenty of warm water.

I hope this information will help.

Thanks.
