Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a weight of 70 kilograms and a height of five feet nine inches. I can able to retract my foreskin fully when flaccid. But when my penis becomes fully erect, my foreskin gets struck behind my head when pulled back. I will wait for some time to become flaccid to retract the foreskin back. Please suggest. I want to know whether anything can be done without any surgical procedure.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Your condition is called incomplete phimosis. Normally, it needs treatment only when it causes issues in sexual activities. Asymptomatic cases are not considered as medical conditions. If you want a solution without surgery, then it needs visual inspection. You can consult a local urologist for having it. You can send some photos to guide you further. You need to maintain your personal hygiene. You should keep your foreskin clean and use a cotton swab if necessary.

The Probable causes

You have a common penile anomaly.

Investigations to be done

You need a visual inspection.

Probable diagnosis

You seem to have incomplete phimosis.

Treatment plan

This condition does not require treatment until symptoms are shown.

Preventive measures

You need to have extra hygiene under the foreskin.

Regarding follow up

Have a follow-up at any time.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
