Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 21-year-old male. I am skinny, and my weight is 49 kg. My height is 174 cm. I have been masturbating for more than five years. I once masturbated thrice in a day. After that, I experience a tingling sensation in the penis, testes, and perineum. I have this tingling sensation only after I tried masturbating thrice. My erections are also lost. Kindly suggest some medicines to cure this issue and some mild testosterone tablets.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. I would need a few more details to ascertain the actual cause of your problem. On average, how many times do you masturbate in a day? Are you sexually active also? Do you have early morning tumescence? How long have you have had a tingling sensation in the penis? Is there any issue with the ejaculation also? What is the quantity of the semen?

Please follow up with the details so I can help you further.

Regards.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I usually masturbate three times a week, sometimes twice a week. I tried masturbating two times a day. Only then, I started experiencing this tingling sensation. I am not sexually active. My early morning erections are low. Whenever I feel aroused, my penis tries to get erect, and this tingling sensation also starts. When I try to lift weights, this tingling sensation arises. Also, this tingling sensation has occurred on frequent occasions for the past three months. Ejaculation is fast. Semen quantity is at an adequate level. Would you please suggest some mild testosterone tablets?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

According to the history you are giving, you have to stop masturbation for some time so that these things could get back to normal gradually. I suggest you start eating a balanced diet and lots of fruits and vegetables. Try doing some muscle-building exercises that will boost your sexuality. Try eating healthy food. Also I would advise you to get a ultrasonography (USG) and a urine microscopy done. There is no indication for the prescription of testosterone tablets in this situation. If you want then first get your serum testosterone levels evaluated, and follow up with the reports. If needed then it could be added, but I don’t think you would need them according to the history you have provided.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
