Hello doctor,
I had tooth pain two days back and felt numbness around the chin region. So I visited a dentist and got my tooth removed, but the numbness is still there. Kindly help.

It is a common postoperative complication wherein the extraction socket may turn numb temporarily due to an incorrect anesthetic technique or superficial nerve endings being impacted.
