Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 36-year-old male. I have pain in two teeth present in my lower jaw. It got infected completely. Before six months. I had severe pain and these teeth seem to be hollow. Do I need to close the gaps? How to treat this infected tooth? Initially, these teeth got infected before six years. But now, I have severe tooth pain and I am unable to eat with this infection. I am not able to eat sugary foods. I am taking antibiotics and painkillers. I am doing salt water gargling to have some relief. I also place two cloves on the infected tooth to have some relief.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your query. A clear clinical picture or an X-ray of the tooth helps us to determine the present condition and the extent of the decay. This helps to diagnose the teeth whether it can be saved by root canal treatment or it needs extraction. If the pain gets controlled by taking medications, then continue taking them. If the pain becomes unbearable, then it is necessary to consult a dentist and take an X-ray to have an emergency procedure.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
