Hi doctor,
I am a 36-year-old male. I have pain in two teeth present in my lower jaw. It got infected completely. Before six months. I had severe pain and these teeth seem to be hollow. Do I need to close the gaps? How to treat this infected tooth? Initially, these teeth got infected before six years. But now, I have severe tooth pain and I am unable to eat with this infection. I am not able to eat sugary foods. I am taking antibiotics and painkillers. I am doing salt water gargling to have some relief. I also place two cloves on the infected tooth to have some relief.
