Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am an 18-year-old and I have my final exams in two months but I cannot focus. I have lost my confidence. I used to get really good marks but now I have started failing my exams. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to iciniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. If your mind gets disturbed, you will lose confidence. Note down important points which you tend to forget. You would have completed studying all the portions by now and what you need is just a final touch-up. I suggest you to follow a few things mentioned below.

  1. Go through the portions in your mind and think logically as you had tried to learn them.
  2. If you are comfortable with your friends around, you can try group studies.
  3. Never read at night. Your brain loses its memory if you read at midnight.
  4. Take frequent breaks.
  5. Never miss your food.
  6. Continue your favorite hobby for at least half an hour every day.
  7. Write down important equations.
  8. Attend your exams in a relaxed manner and you are sure to succeed.
  9. I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
