I understand your concern. There can be various reasons for the inability to focus or decreased motivation. One of the most common reasons is stress at work, in a relationship, or in any other chronic physical or environmental issues. At times stress can increase to the level of depression or anxiety which also causes the same symptoms but of severe nature. In your case we need to first establish the cause of your problem then only we will be able to deal with it. Meanwhile try to prioritize your work, sleep well, and eat a healthy diet.
