I am 22 years old with a height of 5 feet 11 inches and weight of 50 kgs. I appear skinny since childhood but I am healthy. Please help me.

Many teens look slim and may not gain weight up to the age of 25 to 26 years. Consume diet rich in calories like red meat, cheese, ghee, nuts, and eggs to gain weight. Do aerobic exercise and jogging regularly. Go for gym. Take tests like fasting blood sugar and thyroid stimulating hormone.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
