Azithral (Azithromycin) is safe during pregnancy and is a category-B drug. So, it is not going to harm in any way. Moreover, after intercourse, the sperms usually take 24 hours to fertilize the egg in the fallopian tube if it has already been released. The life of the egg is also 24 hours. So, if there is a conception, still the medicine would not affect the fetus.
