Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 17-year-old male with a weight of 65 kilograms and a height of five feet six inches. I have a sticky white substance coming out after urination. It seems to be like saliva and it comes out from the penis. I always have increased pressure during urination. My morning urine is dark yellow. Occasionally, yellow urine becomes very yellow and it burns during urination and ejaculation occurs during this time. While using the toilet, semen comes out from the penis.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. You have a sticky white substance coming after urination. It can be semen or you can have it due to a urinary infection. You need to do a complete urine test to know the cause. The sticky substance coming out from the penis seems to be semen and do a complete urine test. Having pressure during urination is quite normal and if you have pain during urination, then it can be due to a urine infection. If you suspect it is a urinary tract infection (UTI), you can consult a doctor online and can avail of an online prescription for UTI. Usually, urine seems to be dark during liver injury and the morning urine is alone yellow means that you are completely dehydrated. You need to take adequate water. You can have semen coming out from the penis while using the toilet. If yes, then you need to do a scrotal scan to know the leakage or prostate-related issue.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
