Is the green discharge from the vagina due to infection?

Also, please tell me if there is any rash or rise in temperature in the vaginal area? As your Chlamydia and other reports are negative, I do not feel any major worry. But since you have green discharge accompanied by itching, my suggestion for early relief are:

Maintain good genital hygiene.

1) Apply Surfaz-SN cream (Beclometasone 0.025%, Neomycin 3500u/1g, and Clotrimazole 1%) locally.

2) Use V Wash to clean the area.

3) Wear loose cotton underwear.

4) Keep the area dry.

If your greenish discharge is associated with a fishy smell and pain during intercourse, it is most likely Trichomoniasis. It is a parasite-borne infection due to unprotected intercourse with an infected individual. Treatment suggestion includes an antibiotic course for five to seven days. I suggest tablet Metronidazole 500 mg twice daily for five days in such a case.
