Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have had an on-and-off greenish-yellow discharge. I am not sexually active; the symptoms also involve itchiness and a burning sensation inside my vagina.

Please help me.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your case and I understand your concern. This is looking like a vaginal infection.

Is it the first time this happening?

Since how many days have you been suffering from?

To avoid such infections, keep that area clean and dry, change undergarments two times a day, and wash your genital with soft cleansers. That irritation could be because of the discharge.

Take a tablet, of Doxy (Doxycycline), 100 milligrams twice daily, a tablet of Metronidazole 400 milligrams thrice daily, tablet of Pan 40 milligrams (Pantoprazole) twice before the meal. Keep Clingen vaginal pessary (Clindamycin and Clotrimazole) in the vagina while sleeping. Take all the medicines for seven days. If such a thing happens again please do a Pap (Papanicolaou test) smear.

Kindly consult with your doctor and take the medicine with their consent.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
