Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You have a vaginal infection and suspected sexually transmitted disease. Have a high vaginal swab and one local examination by an infectious control specialist to have investigations regarding sexually transmitted infection. You may need a biopsy, and skin scrapping of the lesion in the perineum. Your partner might need to be checked for infection. Have strict hygiene. Use cotton undergarments and condoms to avoid transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. You can have a sitz bath for relief temporarily. Have Canestein pessary on two alternate nights after swabbing for the infection to clear out. Have tab Postan 500 mg for pain. You can give it every eight hourly. After lab collection, you can have a tablet of Doxycycline 100 mg 12 hourly and a tablet of Metronidazole 400 mg eight hourly for 7 to 14 days. Collect lab reports and discuss them here. Complete treatment of any health issue you have. I hope u get my point.

Thank you.
