Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a problem that I am a newly married person and having ambiguity with the vagina. There are two ways in the vagina of my wife and between this way, there is just a little bit clot in the vagina. How can I remove it?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

If you are certain that there are two passages in the vagina, it could just be a minor vaginal septum, which is common and can be removed surgically. There are no complications. Or in some rare cases, your wife may be having two sets of a uterovaginal canal, also known as uterine didelphys. In that case, I do not want to scare you, but your wife is at risk of recurrent miscarriages, premature birth, kidney abnormalities, etc. Physical examination and USG pelvis or MRI pelvis for your wife will rule out such condition.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
