Hello doctor,

I have had lesions on my vulva which sometimes cause itching. I am also suffering from hair loss due to high IgE levels. Are these lesions the reason for my high IgE levels?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

Your symptoms are suggestive of vaginitis. It is mainly due to fungal infection. So, I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below.

1. Keep the area dry and clean.

2. Drink lots of warm water and eat a soft diet.

3. Use an antifungal medicine and cream for application.

4. Wear cotton undergarments.

5. Eat less sugar.

6. Do not wash your vagina frequently with water.

7. Check your blood sugar levels. This type of infection can cause high IgG levels.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.

Hello doctor,

Thanks for your reply.

Can you please suggest the medicines with the dosage for curing this? I even consulted a doctor who suggested that these are Fordyce spots.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It could be either vaginitis or Fordyce spots. But usually, Fordyce spots are asymptomatic. Since you are having itching, I suggest you apply an ointment over that area.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
